There are times where even the best batteries fail and we’re here to let you know that we stand behind our product. If it is a Manufacturers Defect – we pledge to replace a New battery based on the scrutiny of the malfunction under 1 year from purchase, unless specified otherwise in the invoice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a) When making a valid warranty claim, you must present the warranty certificate along with the original purchase receipt.

b) This warranty certificate is irreplaceable and non-transferable.
 

The warranty is void if.

a) The battery/warranty certificate does not have a marking or serial number or has been damaged or tampered with.

b) The damage to the battery is caused by malfunction of the vehicle’s charging and electrical system, or in the event of an accident, collision, misuse, mishandling, improper maintenance, explosion, or natural disasters.

c) If the battery is installed, maintained or operated other than in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

d) If the battery has been repaired, altered or modified in any manner.

e) If the battery is stored for more than 3 months without any replenishing charge.

f) If the details contained within the warranty certificate are found to be incomplete, illegible, torn, damaged, tampered or altered.

g) If the battery is used for any other purpose other than for starting automobile engines.

Note: The charging specification for lead acid battery is at 14.1 volts or 14.3 volts for 12 volts automotive charging system. Non-compliance of this charging requirement will render this warranty void.

The warranty excludes:

a) Products offered as part of a promotion / complimentary gift / goodwill claim.

b) Battery salvageable by recharging.

c) Labour involving removal and replacement of battery.

This warranty is ONLY applicable in the country of purchase.
